I use a client centered approach utilizing my training and expertise to help you connect to inner strengths and resources. I teach persons suffering from anxiety and other difficulties to increase feelings of control while learning skills to manage their symptoms. At the same time therapy can help you increase awareness of how upsetting or harmful experiences from the past may be effecting you now, with the goal of helping you learn new ways to move toward a more satisfying and fullfilling life in the present day.
